How quickly will I get my order?

That's a difficult question to answer, because it depends on the products ordered and quantities. In general, your products will arrive 10-14 business days after proof approval.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Do you ship internationally?

HealthMerch.com currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Where do you ship from?

Most of our products ship from warehouses throughout the United States and Canada, depending upon your location. Certain products also ship from overseas when needed to accommodate large quantity orders (5,000+ pieces) or specific specialty products.

Do you offer rush service?

Rush service is offered for a variety of products with an additional fee. Contact support@healthmerch.com to discuss rush service.

HealthMerch.com is designed specifically for organizations like yours and we make sure all pricing is affordable for non-profits. We do love supporting non-profits whenever possible with donations, so if you have an upcoming event, we would love to hear about it.

What are setup fees?

Setup fees are required for certain products to create plates, screens, or digital artwork. Whenever possible, HealthMerch.com works to lower setup fees or eliminate them completely.

Artwork & Design

What type of artwork file should I submit with my order?

High quality files in AI or EPS formats are preferred, but sometimes that is not always available. We understand you might not have a graphic designer on staff. Send us the highest quality artwork you have. Our in-house design team will do whatever possible to clean it up and make it look amazing on your custom health merch.
