Because the yarn is repurposed, the material forgoes the dying stage, which reduces energy consumption by approximately 80%, water consumption by approximately 75%, and chemical consumption by approximately 90%.;By implementing water saving techniques in the dying process of Lane Seven fleece, the company is able to save 18 liters of water per garment;Lane Seven is a proud member of the Better Cotton Initiative.
