The Gem Cut Paperweight, in flawless optical crystal, is a 3” diameter circle with bands of intricately cut facets around the perimeter, a sloping top surface, and a central flat area on the underside which serves as the usual etching surface. The complex of facets produces a kaleidoscope of reflected and refracted colors from the award’s surroundings.
