It won't scratch the surface of your dishes or pots, either. Also, Bamboo is better for the planet, creating 35% more oxygen than similar sized stand of trees, needing no chemicals to grow, and requiring less fresh water to grow. Bamboo is often mistaken for a tree but is, in fact, a grass. That gives it a unique grain that is both elegant and natural looking. As natural product, tone variations may occur. Heat resistant up to 450 degree F. Hand washing recommeneded FDA certified.
