This bamboo slotted spatula & turner won't leach chemicals or impart strange flavors into your meal; nor will it heat up in your hand or bend under high temperature conditions. It won't scratch the surface of your dishes or pots, either. Also, Bamboo is better for the planet, creating 35% more oxygen than similar sized stand of trees, needing no chemicals to grow, and requiring less fresh water to grow. Bamboo is often mistaken for a tree but is in fact a grass. That gives it a unique grain that is both elegant and natural looking. As a natural product, tone variations may occur.
