When the Coronavirus Pandemic began affecting in-person events, meetings, and day-to-day operations around the world, we adapted our model to ensure clients and their communities would have access to the products and supplies they needed.
To alleviate the challenges of our clients, HealthMerch began offering customized fulfillment solutions, including direct to consumer shipping options. This allows conference organizers to ship branded care packages, conference kits, or anything they'd like to send directly to remote attendees.
In 2020, HealthMerch shipped more than 7,000 packages to homes and home offices on behalf of its clients.

Packing and Shipping Logistics
HealthMerch works directly with conference and meeting planners to ensure that the correct products are packed and shipped so our clients can focus on the event experience. Our process is simple and streamlined with efficiency and visibility woven through every step:
- Conference handouts, supplies and custom products are designed, ordered, and produced with direction from the client
- Packaging supplies are designed and produced (optional)
- Completed products are shipped to our warehouse where they are inspected for quality assurance. Photos are shared with conference organizers.
- Products are custom packed for shipping and labels created from a list shared by the event organizers.
- Final tracking numbers are sent out to event organizers when shipments are en route
