Every year, HealthMerch sponsors and exhibits at 20+ healthcare conferences across the country. Our goal with exhibiting is to meet clients face to face and learn first hand the advancements and challenges that our clients are encountering. It also allows us to provide our own talent to support the event through custom conference kits. 

In 2020, we had the opportunity to attend one conference before most conferences went virtual. However, HealthMerch was able to continue attending virtual conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest information on community health matters and we had the great fortune of connecting with so many of our existing clients and meeting new professionals in the field as well.

2021 Conferences At A Glance

January 15-16 | National African American MSM Leadership Conference (NAESM)

HealthMerch was proud to support the National African American Leadership Conference which was held virtually on January 15-16, 2021. The conference attracts a broad audience of gay and bisexual men in healthcare and health organizations, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and national community-based organizations as well as industry professionals including exhibitors and sponsors. Promoting the theme of "Ending Your Local HIV, STI, Hepatitis Epidemic - Let's Strategize!" the conference seeks to confront issues concerning gay and bisexual men and youth.

January 28-31 | Creating Change Conference

Creating Change is the largest LGBTQ activist conference in the United States and brings thousands of people together to talk about equality and equity for the LGBTQ community. The conference attracts nearly 3,500 leaders, activists and supporters from the movement including business leaders, non-profits, and government entities. HealthMerch supported the Creating Change Conference for the second year in a row as an exhibitor to learn more about how we can support and empower LGBTQ+ communities through the use of promotional products.

February 16-24 | 340B Coalition Winter Conference

HealthMerch exhibited at the 340B Coalition Winter Virtual Conference for the first time. Because of our extensive work in community health and with hospitals and FQHCs, we are eager to continue learning about how 340B coalition participants are affected by changes to the system and how we can better support those clients by raising awareness for the programs and services available to their individual communities. March 25 + June 22 | NERHA Webinar Series

The New England Rural Health Association has put together a virtual webinar series to better support their constituents across the New England region. Including HRSA, ACL, OASH, OCR, FORHP, CDC, CMS, & SAMHSA, this series is a great opportunity to hear from regional representatives about their current priorities, new initiatives, and best practices for rural community health outreach. April 15-16 | National Latinx Conference on HIV/HCV/SUD

The National Latinx Conference on HIV/HCV/SUD aims to create opportunities to share information and efforts around health disparities that negatively impact the Latinx population such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C (HCV) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD), by bridging the varied disciplines of education, advocacy, and clinical care. Thus, creating better health outcomes for Latinx populations. 

HealthMerch is a proud sponsor, exhibitor, and speaker for the National Latinx Conference. This year, our Marketing Manager spoke about best practices surrounding designing products and campaigns for Latinx community outreach. HealthMerch also supplied over 1,000 custom conference kits. 

April 28-30 |  New York Rural/Public Health Partnership Conference 

This conference is a collaborative virtual event between NYS Association of County Health Officials, NYS Association for Rural Health and the NYS Conference on Environmental Health Directors. Together these associations will confront the complicated challenges around community and rural healthcare in New York. HealthMerch will be attending for the first time to learn about the unique challenges this community faces while also engaging as an exhibitor. May 11-12 | National Abortion Federation Annual Conference

HealthMerch is proud to support NAF and the NAF Annual Conference this year as an exhibitor. HealthMerch provides group purchasing solutions for NAF members and also was integral in supplying all NAF member programs with custom face masks at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

May 17-21 | AACHC and CVN Annual Conference

The Arizona Alliance of Health Care Centers and CVN is joining together to host an annual public health care conference. May 17-21 | Indiana Primary Health Care Association Annual Conference

Primary care organizations throughout Indiana will gather virtually for the IPHCA Annual conference to discuss advances and challenges in their state. HealthMerch will attend for the first time as an exhibitor providing custom solutions on community health outreach.

June 2-4 | Dakota Conference on Rural and Public Health

Primary care organizations throughout North Dakota will gather virtually for the Annual conference to discuss advances and challenges in their state. HealthMerch will attend for the first time as an exhibitor providing custom solutions on community health outreach.

June 8-10 | Michigan Rural Health Conference

Primary care organizations throughout Michigan will gather virtually for the Annual conference to discuss advances and challenges in their state. HealthMerch will attend for the first time as an exhibitor providing custom solutions on community health outreach.

June 15-16 | Health Center Association of Nebraska

Primary care organizations throughout Nebraska will gather virtually for the Annual conference to discuss advances and challenges in their state. HealthMerch will attend for the first time as an exhibitor providing custom solutions on community health outreach.

June 29 - July 1 | NACCHO 360 

The 2021 NACCHO 360 Annual Conference will be held fully virtual, June 29–July 1, 2021. Local public health professionals and their partners will have the opportunity to interact with leaders in the industry, develop partnerships, and share innovative solutions to issues affecting communities across the nation.

August 22-24 | 2021 Community Health Institute (CHI) & Expo

The NACHC Com­mu­nity Health Insti­tute (CHI) and EXPO is the largest annual gath­er­ing of health cen­ter clin­i­cians, exec­u­tives, con­sumer board mem­bers, along with State/Regional Pri­mary Care Asso­ci­a­tions and Health Cen­ter Con­trolled Net­works. HealthMerch will attend for the first time as an exhibitor providing custom solutions on community health outreach.

October 12-15 | STD Engage

STD Engage Annual Meeting is the only national meeting that brings together state and local STD prevention and sexual health professionals, and their community-based partners and allies. October 23 - 27 | American Public Health Association Annual Meeting and Expo

APHA's Annual Meeting and Expo is where public health professionals convene, learn, network and engage with peers. With the Annual Meeting, we strengthen the profession of public health, share the latest research and information, promote best practices and advocate for public health issues and policies grounded in research. 

In 2020, HealthMerch had the opportunity to provide custom conference kits to over 5,000 virtual attendees. We can’t wait to work on this year’s conference swag and handouts!

October 27-31 | US Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA)

The US Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA) has become renowned for its networking opportunities and as a convener of stakeholders across the spectrum of the HIV and healthcare. HealthMerch has exhibited at the conference for several years and is excited to return to this inspiring and insightful conference.
